Palouse Hills, Washington, known as the heart of wheat farming in the United States is also famous for its rolling scenery. This landscape featuring a farm machinery boneyard stored next to an abandoned home is at the base of Kamiak Butte, a Whitman County Park offering camping, picknicking, hiking, and incredible views of both Idaho and Washington Palouse country.
